Mid-Career Innovation Award
Focus of Award:
Acknowledges outstanding contributions of an established mid-career GSA member of the Health Science section to an innovative and influential area of the field in research and/or practice. These innovative and influential contributions may include achievements across a wide range of scholarship, including research, practice, teaching, application, and integration.
Submission Period: Spring 2025
Eligibility Criteria:
Member of Health Sciences section.
Active, regular GSA member for at least seven years (including transition member years).
Published in an innovative and influential area of the aging field in research and/or practice within the past five years.
Nomination Materials:
Single nomination letter signed by nominator and at least two additional supporters that addresses the focus of the award.
Bio sketch of nominee (no more than 5 pages). May use the NIH bio sketch format. The personal statement and publications should address the intent of the award.
